Working With Us
Jouge Homes builds a limited number of custom residences each year. This is intentional. Projects of this scale require time, coordination and consistent involvement. By keeping our portfolio selective we are able to maintain oversight from early planning through to final turnover.
When to Engage Jouge Homes
We are often asked when to engage our team.
The answer is as early as you can!
Many clients come to us even before securing land. This allows us to assist in evaluating properties, understanding potential, and ensuring the right decisions are made from the outset.
We regularly collaborate with clients and their realtors during this stage.
For those without representation, we have an amazing relationship with Josh Hamilton, who understands our process and works closely with our team to help identify the right opportunities.
For clients who are renovating their existing properties, we work closely with them through pre-construction to ensure key details are finalized and permits are in place before they move out. This creates a smoother transition into construction and helps minimize the time they are away from home.
This investment in preparation creates clarity, minimizes surprises and allows construction to proceed with confidence. The result is a smoother experience and a home that reflects the vision established from day one.
The Foundation of Our Projects
Consistency in our work begins with consistency in our team.
Many of the people behind Jouge Homes have worked together for years. That shared experience creates a level of trust and unique communication that carries through every project.
Our internal team has a natural alignment in how we operate that allows decisions to be made efficiently and expectations to remain clear.
Our trade partners have been curated through years of trusted relationships and consistently delivering exceptional projects together.
The power of these relationships is something that clients may not immediately see, but they experience it throughout the entire process.
