Jouge Homes is the construction and project leadership arm of Jouge Studio.
We complete a limited number of new builds and large scale luxury renovation projects each year in Calgary, Alberta.
Our work is intentionally selective, allowing us to stay fully engaged in every project from early planning through to completion. This level of involvement ensures clarity, accountability, and a consistent standard across every phase of the build.
Approach & Collaboration
Each project is different.
Some projects are fully designed by and integrated with Jouge Studio. Others are led by independent architects and designers.
We are structured to support both.
Clients who choose to partner with Jouge Studio for design are introduced to our building team from the very beginning. By bringing design and construction together early we create a greater alignment, communication and experience from concept through to completion.

Climate, permitting, and evolving regulations all shape how projects move forward. From winter conditions and seasonal scheduling to working within established neighborhoods, we understand how to navigate the process with confidence.
